Reslient Technology Specialists were intially engaged by brookscomm to assist in analysing the impact of different digital marketing and PR campaigns on web traffic for one of their clients. Working cooperatively with the brookscomm team, we were able to build a data visualisation approach that clearly demonstrated the value and impact of the integrated campaigns and led to a delighted customer.
Subsequently, Resilient is now working closely with brookscomm to deliver seamless and intuitive customer journeys on their digital storefront to drive an increase in customer engagement.

When Cutover was considering extending their product into a new market, they reached out to Resilient as thought leaders in the Incident Managment discipline. Through cooperation and iteration, Cutover will release an innovative new product that will help companies manage large technology issues and allow them to optimise their response over time.
AB Lewis had been using a highly customised Stock Control and Accounting system for their business for over a decade.
